- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR, por extemporaneo, el recurso de suplica formulado por el ciudadano Andres de Zubiria Samper, en contra del Auto del 9 de julio de 2019, proferido por el Magistrado Carlos Bernal Pulido, mediante el cual se rechazaron los cargos primero, segundo,
- cuarto. y sexto, de la demanda bajo radicado D-13268.
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decision, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-13268 AC.
